- Support KS3 and KS4 pupils with literacy development
- Deliver 1:1 literacy interventions focusing on reading, phonics, and confidence
- Experience with Read Write Inc Fresh Start and similar phonics programmes
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to build positive relationships
- Experience supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Access to transport with business insurance required

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
