Literacy Intervention Assistant

Join our team as a Literacy Intervention Assistant in Derby, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting KS3 and KS4 students in their literacy journey within an alternative provision setting. Your work will make a real difference in pupils' reading abilities and confidence.

- Support literacy development through 1:1 interventions
- Monitor student progress in reading and phonics
- Experience with Read Write Inc Fresh Start preferred
- Assist students with behavioural and emotional difficulties
- Must be resilient, adaptable, and able to foster positive relationships
- Access to transport with business insurance is required

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
