Literacy Intervention Assistant

Would you like to make a real impact in developing young people's literacy skills? Join us in Kegworth as a Literacy Intervention Assistant and support KS3 and KS4 pupils in an alternative provision setting.

- Support pupils with reading, phonics, and literacy development
- Deliver 1:1 literacy interventions and monitor progress
- Experience with Read Write Inc Fresh Start is desirable
- Familiarity with supporting behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Must be resilient, adaptable, with strong relationship-building skills
- Access to transport with business insurance required

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
