Literacy Intervention Assistant

Join our team as a Literacy Intervention Assistant in vibrant Nottingham, where you will inspire KS3 and KS4 pupils within an alternative provision setting. You'll be helping young learners improve their reading ability and confidence, making a real difference in their educational journey.

- Experience with phonics programmes (e.g., Read Write Inc Fresh Start) is desirable
- Experience supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with young people
- Access to transport with business insurance is required
