Literacy Intervention Assistant

Join us as a Literacy Intervention Assistant in Swadlincote, where you'll make a real difference working with KS3 and KS4 students to boost their literacy skills. Within an alternative provision setting, you'll empower young people by delivering tailored 1:1 interventions to improve their reading and phonics abilities.

- Experience with Phonics programmes such as Read Write Inc Fresh Start desirable
- Experience supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with young people
- Access to transport with business insurance is required
