- UK school-based experience or similar background
- Ba/BSc (Hons) with QTS or as an ECT, NQT, or PGCE holder
- Strong understanding of Physical Education as a subject
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- Physical abilities: strength, endurance, flexibility, and dexterity
