- A 4-year Bachelor of Science in Physics, Applied Physics, or a relevant degree in engineering
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Secondary Teaching
- Minimum of 2 years' full-time secondary teaching experience
- Familiarity with British, American, or IB curriculum frameworks
- Registration and approval by the UAE Ministry of Education or local emirate regulators
