- Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience with KS1 and KS2
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver engaging lessons, monitor pupil progress, and adjust lessons to individual needs
- In-depth knowledge of the curriculum
