- QTS is essential
- Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
- Patience, leadership and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to monitor pupil progress and adapt lessons
- In-depth knowledge of the curriculum

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
