- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Education, or a closely related field (must be attested and notarized)
- A valid teaching license from your home country (e.g., QTS for the UK, State Teaching License for the US/Canada) or a PGCE
- At least 2 to 3 years of post-qualification, full-time classroom teaching experience
