SEMH Teaching Assistant

- Ability to stay calm during challenging behaviour and stressful situations
- Clear and positive communication with children, staff, and families
- Understanding of special educational needs, safeguarding, and mental health support
- Patience to build trust gradually with children who may lack confidence
