- Experience in child-facing roles such as youth mentoring or support work
- High levels of patience, resilience, and empathy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Formal training like a CACHE or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Education, or Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable
