- Experience as an SEMH Teaching Assistant
- Lead activities for individuals or small groups
- Promote and reinforce self-esteem
- Experience with students with SEN
- Good oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Availability for full-time or at least 3 days a week

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
