- Experience as an SEMH Teaching Assistant
- Ability to lead activities for individuals or small groups
- Promote and reinforce self-esteem among students
- Experience with students with SEN
- Good oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Available for full-time or at least 3 days per week
