- Experience as an SEMH Teaching Assistant
- Ability to lead individual or small group activities
- Experience with SEN students
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for full-time work or at least 3 days per week

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
