SEMH Teaching Assistant

Join our team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Northwood, where your skills in mental health and psychology can make a real difference. Working with secondary students across KS3, KS4, and KS5, you'll provide crucial 1-1 or small group support, helping to create a positive and restorative educational environment.

- Background in psychology, youth work, counselling, or health and social care is advantageous
- Qualifications in frameworks like Team Teach or MAPA are highly sought after
- Essential qualities: resilience, patience, calm demeanor under pressure, trust-building skills
- Experience with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
