Join our team as a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Northwood, where your skills in mental health and psychology can make a real difference. - Background in psychology, youth work, counselling, or health and social care is advantageous
- Qualifications in frameworks like Team Teach or MAPA are highly sought after
- Essential qualities: resilience, patience, calm demeanor under pressure, trust-building skills
- Experience with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
