- Formal training such as CACHE or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Education, or Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable
- Previous experience in working with children, youth mentoring, support work, or special educational needs (SEND) is valued
- High levels of patience, resilience, and empathy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
