- Previous experience working with children, youth mentoring, or support work
- Training or qualifications like CACHE or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Education, or Supporting Teaching and Learning
- High levels of patience, resilience, and empathy
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
