- Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Ability to lead activities individually or with small groups
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work full-time or at least 3 days a week

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
