SEMH Teaching Assistant

- Practical experience in SEMH, SEN, or alternative provisions
- Backgrounds in youth work, social care, sports coaching, or residential support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding of challenging behaviours
- Ability to remain calm and objective

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
