- Background or degree in psychology, youth work, counselling, or health and social care preferred
- Certified training in Team Teach or MAPA is advantageous
- Resilience, patience, and a calm demeanor under pressure
- Capability to undertake 1-1 or small group support
- Experience with KS3, KS4, KS5
