Have a passion for supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Join us in Theale as an SEMH Teaching Assistant. Your background in psychology, youth work, or counselling will be highly valued in our specialist settings.

- Background or degree in psychology, youth work, counselling, or health and social care
- Qualifications or training in Team Teach or MAPA
- Resilience, patience, and calmness under pressure
- Ability to build trusting, restorative relationships
- Experience with Secondary KS3, KS4, KS5 and 1-1 or small group support

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
