- Literacy and numeracy qualification at GCSE grade C or above
- ICT proficiency, e.g., simple word processing
- Understanding or experience with secondary age students in structured settings
- Experience with students with SEN
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and undertake various tasks
- Commitment to equal opportunities and flexibility in working patterns

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
