- Experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, Dyslexia, EAL, and more
- SEND Diploma or similar qualifications
- Experience in 1:1 support and small group settings
- Comfortable with personal care and challenging behaviour
- Knowledge of EYFS, KS1, and KS2 environments

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
