- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (preferable but not required)
- Specialized training in Autism, ADHD, or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) is advantageous
- High levels of patience, adaptability, and empathy

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
