Join our dedicated team in Didcot as a SEN Teaching Assistant, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students with special educational needs at the secondary level.

- Provide individual and small group support during lessons
- Adapt materials and classroom layouts to meet diverse needs
- Track and record students' behaviour and progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, inclusion coordinators, and parents
- Experience with SEND at KS3, KS4, and KS5
