Join us at rTriibe as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Didcot, where you'll become a crucial part of supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your role is pivotal in creating an inclusive learning environment and aiding students' educational journeys.

- Experience or training in SEND, SEMH, or behaviour management
- SEN-specific training like autism awareness, ADHD support, Makaton or BSL
- Essential qualities: patience, empathy, resilience, and strong verbal communication
- Desirable: Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
