- Experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant or in a UK classroom environment
- Diploma or proven experience in SEND
- Familiarity with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, EAL, and other learning needs
- Capability to handle challenging behaviour and provide personal care
- A proactive and hardworking attitude, committed to positive change
