- SEN-specific training such as autism awareness, ADHD support, Makaton or BSL
- Essential qualities: patience, empathy, resilience, and strong verbal communication
- Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning desirable

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
