- SEN Teaching assistant experience
- Diploma in SEND
- Experience in UK classrooms
- 1:1 and small group support
- Autism, ADHD, SEMH awareness
- Experience with personal care and EAL
- Familiarity with dyslexia, Down syndrome, hearing/visual impairment
- Speech and Language communication needs
- PRU experience
- Comfortable with challenging behaviour
- Able to assist in early development

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
