SEN Teaching Assistant

- SEN-specific training such as autism awareness, ADHD support, or Makaton/BSL
- Experience with SEND and SEMH environments
- Qualities like patience, empathy, and resilience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Level 2 or 3 Certificate/Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is desirable but not essential

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
