SEN Teaching Assistant
We're seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Sparkhill. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs by supporting their educational, social, and emotional development.
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic nature
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
- A proactive approach to supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
