- Deliver direct one-on-one or small group assistance during lessons
- Modify worksheets, tasks, and classroom layouts to suit student needs
- Monitor and record student behaviour, social growth, and academic milestones
- Liaise with lead teachers, inclusion coordinators, and parents
- Experience with SEND in Secondary settings, covering KS3, KS4, and KS5
