SEN Teaching Assistant

- Individual Support: Deliver direct one-on-one or small group assistance during lessons.
- Material Adaptation: Modify worksheets, tasks, and classroom layouts to suit student needs.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and record student behavior, social growth, and academic milestones.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with lead teachers, inclusion coordinators, and parents.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
