- Experience in EYFS, KS1, KS2
- Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in UK classrooms
- Awareness of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning disabilities
- Experience in personal care and communication needs
- Ability to support children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Comfortable with challenging behaviour
- Pro-active and committed to a positive impact
- SEND Diploma preferred
