- Ba/BSc (Hons) including QTS or ECT
- UK school-based experience or equivalent
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to create optimal learning conditions
- Flexibility and openness to change

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
