- Excellent understanding of child development and learning
- Flexibility and ability to work cooperatively
- Experience supporting small groups or one-to-one with SEND
- A*-C grade at GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent, or Level 2 Functional Skills

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
