SEND Teaching Assistant

- UK school based experience or similar
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Patient and friendly
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent understanding of child development and learning
- Flexibility and ability to work cooperatively with others
- Open to supporting small group of pupils or one-to-one with SEN
- GCSE A*-C in English and Maths, or equivalent, or Level 2 Functional Skills
- Preferred: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience with 1-1 support or small groups with SEND

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
