SEND Teaching Assistant

- Excellent understanding of child development and learning
- Flexibility and ability to work cooperatively
- Support small groups or one-to-one with SEN
- A* to C grade at GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent
- Preferred: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience with 1-1 support or small group with SEND
