- Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Work in an alternative provision setting
- Engage students 1:1 or in small groups to encourage positive behaviour
- Experience with disaffected youth is essential
- Strong relationship-building and flexible, proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absences is desirable
- Must have access to a car with business insurance for travel
