Build relationships and foster engagement with pupils who have been permanently excluded, encouraging them to rediscover their love for learning.

- Experience working with young people facing behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence is desirable
- Access to a car with business insurance for travel between sites and for home visits

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
