Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant

Join our dynamic team in Swadlincote as a Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant. You'll be instrumental in supporting primary and secondary aged permanently excluded pupils, focusing on learning and engagement within an alternative provision setting.

- Experience working with disaffected young people
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible, proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence
- Access to a car with business insurance
