- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate performance
- Good spoken communication skills
- Sensitive and supportive approach
- First aid skills essential
- Implementing the school sport programme effectively
- Experience in P.E and sports activities in schools
- Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 Diploma in Sport or a Level 3 Extended Certificate in Sports Coaching
