- Have a sensitive and supportive approach
- Implement the school sport programme effectively
- Promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyles
- Experience in sports and PE activities in schools, both primary and secondary
- Hold a Level 2 Diploma in Sport or Level 3 Extended Certificate in Sports Coaching
- First aid skills
- Experience in sports like football
