- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate performance
- Good spoken communication skills
- Sensitive and supportive approach
- First aid skills
- Skills in implementing the school sport programme effectively
- Experience with sports such as football, PE activities
- Level 2 Diploma in Sport or Level 3 Extended Certificate in Sports Coaching

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
