- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate performance
- Good spoken communication skills
- Sensitive and supportive approach
- First Aid skills
- Implementing school sport programmes effectively
- Sports and PE activities experience, including football coaching

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
