- Ability to inspire confidence and motivate performance
- Good spoken communication skills
- Sensitive and supportive approach
- First aid skills
- Experience in sports coaching (e.g., football)
- Level 2 Diploma in Sport or Level 3 Extended Certificate in Sports Coaching
- Willingness to work in both classroom and sports environments
- Available full-time or at least 3 days per week

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
