- Bachelor's degree (Level 6) or equivalent in the specialized subject area
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognized equivalent for FE and vocational sectors
- At least one full academic year of recent teaching or industry experience in the specific subject
- Proven classroom delivery with in-depth subject knowledge, particularly in high-demand fields like STEM

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
