- BA/BSc (Hons) including QTS or PGCE in Drama or equivalent
- UK school-based experience or relevant experience in theatre production
- Strong proficiency in musical instruments or vocal techniques
- Experience in acting, directing, or stage management
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
