- Ba/BSc (Hons) which includes QTS, ECT, NQT, or PGCE in Drama or equivalent
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal techniques
- Experience with acting, directing, stage management, or theater production
- Strong knowledge of drama techniques, performance styles, and theater production
- Good time management, class management, and organizational skills
- Versatility in music for contributing to extra-curricular activities
